Selection Rights: BuildWebsiteNepal reserves the right to select and announce the winner.
Prize Details:
- The selected participant will receive their website design and development services for FREE.
- This offer excludes hosting, domain, maintenance, and consultation charges.
Disqualification:
- If the participant's contact information is invalid, they will be disqualified.
- If we are unable to reach the participant, they will be disqualified.
Eligibility:
- Participants must be residents of Nepal.
- Participants must be at least 16 years old.
Submission Deadline: All entries must be received by the end of the announced month (English Date).
Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Usage Rights:
- BuildWebsiteNepal retains the right to use the designed website in their portfolio and for promotional purposes.
- Participants agree to allow BuildWebsiteNepal to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Compliance: The participant's proposed website must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability: BuildWebsiteNepal is not responsible for any technical issues or other problems that may arise during the contest.
Acceptance of Terms: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of BuildWebsiteNepal, which are final and binding in all respects.
